Retill Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Retill, a retail point-of-sale, inventory, and business management platform operated by Versified Technology Ltd. By creating an account, subscribing, or using Retill, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility and Business Use

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
• You are responsible for ensuring that authorized staff use Retill in compliance with your internal policies and applicable laws.
• You may not use Retill for unlawful activities, fraud, or abuse of payment, tax, or customer information systems.

Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate registration and business profile information and keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials, controlling user access, and promptly revoking access for former staff.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, security incident, or suspected account compromise.

Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

• Retill is offered on subscription plans with pricing, billing cycles, and features described at purchase.
• Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in your plan.
• Late or failed payments may lead to temporary feature restrictions, service suspension, or cancellation.

Service Availability and Support

We work to maintain reliable availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect access. Support is provided according to your plan and support channels.

Data Ownership and Processing

• You retain ownership of your business and transaction data entered into Retill.
• You grant us a limited right to process, host, back up, and transmit your data as required to provide and improve the service.
• You are responsible for data quality, lawful collection of customer information, and obtaining any required notices or consents.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise Retill systems, infrastructure, or connected services.
• Do not upload malicious code or misuse APIs, integrations, or reporting exports.
• Do not use Retill to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, tax obligations, or consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

Retill, its software, branding, and documentation are the property of Versified Technology Ltd. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Retill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
• Our aggregate liability for direct claims is limited to the subscription fees paid by you for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, non-payment, or unlawful use. Upon termination, access to service features may end and data retention/export options will follow applicable policy and legal obligations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in products, law, or business operations. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Retill after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
